EA needed for Long and safe return

I am looking for a developer , EA Owner who have EA for stable and consistent return. I am looking for monthly average 10 to 15% return with moderate Drawdown like 15%. Your EA must have valid track record in live account at least 6 months and above. It shouldn't Broker sensitive and should work well in ECN account. exceptional and unique trading behaviors will be highly appreciated.

NO toxic, scalping, martingale, grid, average, indicator based EA not welcome. EA owner/ developer should have professional mind because I will provide him yearly royalty on total equity traded by EA. Yearly meetup with facilities will be provided. I know how to appreciate a good work.
