Simple EA Moving Average crossing Trendline

Hi Programmers!

I need the following EA for closing trades I opened my self. (So the EA doesn't need to open orders only closing)

The following needs to happen:

I draw a trendline on a chart (this could be any chart even a custom chart (custom symbol)

I Insert a Moving Average

Parameters that are needed in EA are:

Period X on Current Time Frame. 
Method Simple or Smoothed. 
Applied to Close, and shift 1 (meaning I do not want the MA to repaint, it should use the position of the MA of the previous bar so shift 1.)

When the Moving Average is above the trendline and I turn the EA on, it should close the position(s) if the MA position it selves below the trendline. If the Moving Average is below the trendline and I turn the EA on, it should close the position if the MA position it selves above the trendline.

*important*

The position(s) that needs to be closed is identified by a comment or magic number. So there should be some parameter in the EA where I can type the comment or magic number for the position(s) that needs to be closed. Also if the EA is for on example the chart EURUSD and I have 3 positions 1 EURUSD 1 USDJPY 1 CADJPY all 3 with the same comment or magic number, all 3 needs to be closed!
