An EA that creates and writes the info into a .txt file according to heiken ashi smoothed

hello, i have a small\easy job for MT5

i'd like to make an expert that see if the closed candle is blue or red according to the heiken ashi smoothed (indicator attached below) and creates an .TXT file in MQL5\Files with the following :

for example : if the closed candle is blue ( meaning Close > open ), the EA will write to txt file:  the time stamp + UP

example : 2018.06.27 02:18; down

the time stamp should be in : YYYY.MM.DD Hour.Second (Y = year, M = month, D = Day - Hour.Second) and each entry in a new line

red means : Close < open

blue means : Close > open

the EA parameters should be as same as the indicator parameters meaning that i can change it however i want.

each entry should be in a new line, meaning the EA will write the info into the .txt file each minute if the timeframe is 1M
