EA pending order and close in xx seconds

I need to get EA which have following parameters:

1-Buy & Sell Pending orders x Pips away from market (Variable settings)

2-Have SL (Variable settings)

3-Hav TP (Variable settings)

4-Trailing Stop (Variable settings)

5- Step Trailing (Variable settings)

6- Remove Pending order in xxx Seconds once it added by the EA (may be 10-15 or 20 seconds) (Variable settings)

7- one time only two pending orders (one sell stop one buy stop)

8-One order is filled other get cancell

9-unless order is active on specific pair 2nd order shld not be places

10........Most Important pending orders must be closing/deleting in specific time of entry (pending order is active now if not hit by time line so be closed in xxx seconds) then new order placed by EA
