Expert Advisor with Moving Average based Stop Loss and Take Profit

Looking for someone with experience creating expert advisors on MT4 or MT5. I have my own strategy that uses moving averages as a primary indicator and I would like to have options for the second indicator (RSI, MACD, Parabolics, Stochastics, etc). The strategy also needs to calculate moving averages based on highs and lows in recent history to determine take-profit and stop-loss. Will explain further if interested. I'd say that this EA is fairly complicated, but to someone with experience it is manageable. Thank you for your time.
