Hello I am looking to Develop a High Frequency Trading EA for MT4 or MT5 any platform is acceptable. If anyone has a Ready made HFT EA then we can discuss. I don't want HFT Arbitrage EA between slow and fast brokers. 

The EA has to work in True ECN Brokers like ICmarkets/Pepperstone or similar brokers and execute 100 orders per hour with 85-90% wins minimum. Must work on 5-10 forex pairs minimum. It has to study and place orders with Dept of Market Data. Depth of Market Data is available with some brokers and in MT5 it's available openly. I can provide Depth of Market indicator for MT5 that developer had to convert to MT4. It's available on MQL store with name Depth of Market.

There is an Existing EA of some other person and I can provide Trading History and time of the performance of that HFT EA that is performing well in Tickmill demo account so if you can reverse study it to make the new EA for me that is for what condition and indicators it opens ,closes the trades.
