I need develop MT4 EA

Hi

I need to develop the EA which of  idea of trading is on the picture.

You open a market position. Closing at Stop Loss is followed by a new opening with an increased lot size, and so on until the position is closed at Take Profit.

At first, we set two Limit orders. As soon as one has triggered, the other one is deleted. Then, when Stop Loss kicks in, a new position is opened until it closes at Take Profit or the maximum number of positions (15) is used up 

For example: I open position BUY1 (0.1) TP 4pips , if market goes bullish I take profit 4pips. If market goes  bearish position is closed with loss after 4pips and new double position kick in BUY2 (0.2) and goes to profit or loss.

If loss ( 4 pips ) the new position  BUY3 (0.4) kick in and it carry on until profit.

I want manually set.

• Lot size ( 0.01 , 0.02 , 0.4 ,2, 10 + )
• Take profit = Stop loss ( 1,2,3,4,5,10,30 + pips ) so as new position will be opened 
• Number of positions to be opened ( 1,2,3,4 -15 )
• I want that EA working on all major currency pairs
• I want it to be ready for backtesting 
• I want it to be compatible with 4digit and 5 digit brokers
