Need an EA for closing positions

HI,

I have an indicator which will need to be used for this EA but only to manage an open order. 

im looking to put the trade in manually however then the EA to monitor the trade once the indicator alerts to do a partial close, set the rest to breakeven and trail stop.

Example,

I sell .10 EURUSD > EA monitors once the trigger of the indicator appears (its a bullseye symbol) to close .05, set breakeven and trail SL

Inputs i would think would be:

1. Close on bullseye = Ture or False
2. Close X precentage =  %

3. Set Breakeven above met = True or False

4. set Trailing above met = Pips value

I have source code for indicator and its a very simple indicator. If i understand it correctly, puts a symbol based on the highest/lowest 34th candle on whiever time frame running.  It repaints so it moves but i want the action to be taken when it triggers first time..after than it doenst matter
