Add arrows and alerts on existing indicator (for hooshang)

This indicator I think is based on moving averages.  The indicator outputs four rows of either green or red dots.  There are 2 parts to my request and they are very similar.  The first request is that  I would like to have a buy arrow drawn on price chart when all four rows first become green, and have a sell arrow drawn on price chart when all four rows first become red.  The second request is applying the same rules but only to the first three rows of indicators.  The default settings would be for the four rows and the option setting set to false for the three rows.  In summary, (by default) a buy arrow will be drawn on price chart when the four rows are firts turn green and vice versa for red.  If the option for the three row is allowed by the user to true, then another price arrow will be drawn on price chart independently of the other arrows.  Please make the arrow colors different for the four rows and for the three rows.  Alerts should have the name of currency, price, time,  chart interval,  and buy or sell.  This should work for all time frame.
