BAR indicator!

Hello!

after one developer from here (dont want to write down names) just took the money and did not do anything, I try my luck again! 

So...I have an indicator witch is in fact just a simple RSI indicator.

The project its this:

1. add simple license (start time+expiry time), so the indicator stops working after a date set

2. change the RSI line into bars and add levels (ex BARs up 70 BARs down 30)

3. When a bar reaches the upper/lower level to give alert (sound alert, email alert, popup alert, pushnotification alert). Te alert will be in this form: BAR alert on EUR/USD, period M1: BAR overbought at level 70  . The alert changes automatically the parity (EUR/USD) to what parity do you trade and also changes the timeframe

4.  When a bar reaches the upper/lower the bar color to change in green when upper level its reached and red when lower level its reached. 

5. When level up its reached to draw a red arrow ON THE BAR upside down, when the lower level its reached to draw a green arrow upside up ON THE BAR

6. the name of new indicator it will be BAR!
