Chandelier EXIT email alert when price approaches/is crossing the indicator

I am currently using Chandelier Exit indicator with (attached) and need to re-create it so it send out mail with print screen (picture) once the price is approaching the indicator (as a stop loss) and also when the price is crossing the indicator (as market entry). It should have both options or just one of them.. 


In the indicator I need to see the arrow when the market entry should be (crossing) and exclamation mark when it's approaching the indicator as stop loss. 


There is possible another job for creating automated trading system based on this indicator as well - subject of further discussion. 

The indicator with email alert and picture is the first stage.
