Multi time frame Expert Advisor using 2 EMAs, RSI, MACD and ATR with block timer

Requirements as follows:

Strategy

4 time frame analysis of EMA trend, RSI, MACD and ATR

Time frames M15, H1, H4, D1

Indicator settings for all time frames:

10 EMA and 20 EMA

MACD settings fast EMA 10, slow EMA 20, signal SMA 9

Parameters:

RSI less then 70 greater than 30

MACD signal line value absolute magnitude is less than 80% of MACD main value absolute magnitude

Strategy:

3 possible entries buy or sell in the direction of the trend of the 10 EMA and 20 EMA

1: if M15 and H1 are aligned within parameters enter when mid point of spread equals M15 10 EMA

2: if H1 and H4 are aligned within parameters enter when mid point of spread equals H1 10 EMA

3: if H4 and D1 are aligned within parameters enter when mid point of spread equals H4 10 EMA

The robot should have the ability to disable / enable each of the 3 entries.

Stop loss:

Either fixed number of pips or multiple of ATR

Take Profit:

Either fixed number of pips or multiple of ATR

Only open a single position per currency pair.  So even if all 3 entries are enabled still only one position will be entered.

Have a block timer that disables / enables the expert advisor within specified periods.  Should be able to specify this period by minute and hour and day and month.

Have magic numbers of trades for identification of positions and allow back testing.

I would like to receive all native MQL4 source code.  I expect the source code to be fully commented throughout.
