I would like to make an EA which will place buy/sell stop orders. It will be used for trading on macro news. It should consists of:

1- the ms amount at which orders will be placed before the main time when macro news will be published.

2. Distance from actual price to my buy/stop orders.

3. Stop loss points – stop loss at which level each stop order would be closed

4. Lot value

If EA takes one trade in one way then second order in different way must be deleted.
