Buy/sell when it touches MA´s

Hi,

I´d like to have an EA that will trade long and short position regarding price was being traded below or above 2 MA.

It´s now martingale, not breakout system. MA only.

For example:

there will be only 2 Moving averages that are above actual price for certain period of time(candles), when price touches the first one MA, it will sell and my risk reward will consider the price between this 2 moving averages.

If it touches my second moving average, it will also trade short. My first trade will adjust to have the very same TP and SL from the second one as soon second trade starts.

Price may touch many times before SL or TP. EA will not trade again unless i want it, (check box ou true/false configuration).

I will set lot size for both trades.

**you will not consider something like, 30 periods MA and 200 periods MA, if 30 is above 200ma it will buy.... below it will go short. not this way. 

It will consider X candles above or below it to go long/short. Example: 20 days that price is above MA 50 and it didn´t touch MA, it eventually will touch, when it happens, EA must go long. I want to set how many days without touching it.
