I am looking to have a simple indicator coded using two custom indicators. This is a very simple job so it should not cost much or take very long. Please only respond if you are capable of coding this job correctly. If you are interested please let me know how much you will charge, when you can begin, how long it will take.

Buy Rules
1. TMA up arrow paints
2. Trendline is above 0
Sell Rules
1. TMA down arrow paints
2. Trendline is below 0
Paint signal arrow on current candle as soon as the two requirements are met. Do not wait until the close of the bar.
The requirements MUST be followed in sequential order, TMA arrow first then Trendline.
