MQL4 : Combine 2 indicators and create Automated Expert Advisor .

I need two indicators combined to generate automatic buy and sell signals.

Bollinger Bands and Stochastic Oscillator 

1.0. All Parameters must can ( be custom adjust by me )

2.0. All time Frames can use

3.0. Can be use for multicurrency

4.0. ( On /off ) ( button or tick ) and Order Position & Stop Loss  & Take Profit

5.0. Additional Custom item can be adjust by me too ( can be set : ( on/off ) ( button or tick )

5.1. if reach the signal ( example : 2 signal reach buy or bottom but can be ( automatic place sell order ) ( the value for sell order can be custom set by me .wants it is set, it will anto )

5.2. if reach the signal ( example : 2 signal reach sell or top ,but can be ( automatic place buy order ) ( the value for buy order can be custom set by me . wants it is set , it will auto )

5.3. The signal will not activate if ( 1 of this time chart is not in the signal ( this time chart Must can be custom select by me , 1 min,5min,15min,30min,1hr,4hr,day1,week1,month1 )

6.0. All automatic buy and sell signals ( Must Meet 2 or 3 time chart and can be ( On /off ) for using on 2 time chart or 3 time chart )

6.0. Example : 15 min chart on buy or bottom and 30 min chart on buy or bottom and 1 hour chart on but or bottom too .( must be 2 indicator the same )( than this is 1 signal )
