GOOD MONEY for anyone who can write correct coding for a live reading format {see description}

Challenge:

Is it possible to write an EA with coding that defines "sloping up" or "down" in this format: WHATEVER it reads AT the OPEN of the bar, that will be assumed as the direction that the indicator will be going in for the whole bar? For example, an indicator, at the open of the bar, is sloping down. Even if it fluctuates during the duration of the bar, can the indicator be read sloping down for the whole bar {with the direction AT the open as the defining marker}?

 NOTE: the settings we are currently using for the indicators are dynamic mode, with applied price @ 1 and Candle ID @ 0, based on slope from open to current, but if  there are any other combination of settings, or use of mt4, or additional software, or anything, that would provide results as described in the above description, we are  open to ideas 

Will pay good money to anyone who can find a way and accomplish it correctly, if this is possible.
