Good Afternoon, 

 

Requesting an alert based on the Pipe Finite Trend Laser.  This is a paid product so you'll need to use their API calls to interact with it. Will send a sample EA. See attached images for sample of the indicator's input options and graphical display. Further info on the indicator here:https://www.mql5.com/en/market/product/5461 

 

EA Properties;

 

Close all sell trades when indicator turns blue and open buy trade immediately

  • Set SL
  • Set Trailing Stop
  • Set TP
  • Lock initial profit at X point
  • And at every Y points after that

 

Close all buy trades when the indicator turns Yellow and open a sell trade immediately.

 

(note: Should have an option to disable automatically opening a reverse trade such that when the 'reverse trade' enable/disable disable property is disabled, the EA would simply close open buy trades when the indicator flashes yellow, and sell trades when blue, without opening the reverse trade)

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells
