I need a currency strength meter as shown in the attached . Across the base currency it should show which are the strongest and weakest against the base currency based on the template picture attached .

  1. Should show 4 Hour and Daily strength  by  default as 2 sections in the same format as attached 
  2. Time frame should be configurable to show 2 time frame at the same time . Either 1 Hour or Hour or 4 hour or 1 Day or 1 Day or week
  3. A Label should display on the window showing the current  Strongest and Weakest  based on 4 Hour and 1 Day  time frame
