Need EA based on an Indicator I have included with OCO

Hi Programmers, I need an EA based on an indicator i have, its a simple breakout EA which is not complicated.

My indicator just show me the highest high and lowest low of a range of candles( for ex. last 1 candle or 2 candles or 3 candles, etc..), Buy Stop and Sell stop,  and shows the TP1, TP2, TP3 on both sides.

The indicator which i have is very easy to change the number of candles to obtain the highest high and lowest low, and which allows me to change the TP and SL and of course it allows me to set the number of pips to set the buy level or sell level( for ex, if the Highest high is 1.29961 and lowest low is 1.29673, if i set Margin is 7 pips means the buy level is 1.29961 + 7 pips and sell level is 1.29673 - 7 pips. 

What i need is an EA which must find the highest high and lowest low of a "x" number of candles and place a BUY STOP and SELL STOP at highest high + "n" pips and lowest low - "n" pips respectively. And the EA should not place a BUY STOP or SELL STOP order if the difference between the highest high and lowest low is more than 60 pips. Day filter should be available

An i need OCO ( one cancels other ) feature in the EA which cancels a BUY STOP OR SELL STOP if anyone is triggered and the EA must have Risk Management, Trailing Stop and Breakeven.

Here i put a budget between 20 and 40$ because its very simple EA not complex and i am having the indicator to show the highest high and lowest low of a x number of bars and set TP and SL, and also i will provide an indicator for OCO and breakeven and trailing stop, just you have to integrate the indicators which i have and create an EA

I need the EA which must allow me to change the parameters easily like set the day filter, risk management trailing stop, etc to true or false and change the SL or TP and change the number of candles to find the highest high and lowest low, and to change the margin.
