Need Moving Averages EA

I want EA based on my two Moving Averages system.

EA should Only Trade once following conditions are met

Price should close above 10 EMA and 34 EMA should be below 10 EMA for valid buy.

A close above 10 EMA should be fresh.

If I attach the EA on chart and Price is already above 10 EMA it should not buy It should wait to close below first and then wait for it to close above to buy.

Buy If price closes above 10 EMA Put Stop  X pips below 34 EMA

I will attach the EA on anytime frame i want and EA will execute on that time frame 

once trade is triggered EA should stop taking new trades I should attach EA again for new trade setup 

Money Management Part 

EA should have the option of fixed lot or Equity % lot calculator what ever I choose 

Stop loss should be calculated based on below or above X pips 34 EMA as discussed above

and Take Profit should have options to choose from 1:1 - 1:1.2 - 1:1.5 - 1:2 what ever I choose in the EA
