Market Conditions Indicator

Hello,

I am looking for someone to create an indicator that determines whether the market is in a bull, bear or neutral state.

Bull market rules:

All the following EMAs must be below price in a specific order:

Closest to price first

1) 20 EMA

2) 50 EMA

3) 100 EMA

4) 200 EMA

Bear market rules:

All the following EMAs must be above price in a specific order:

Closest to price first

1) 20 EMA

2) 50 EMA

3) 100 EMA

4) 200 EMA

Neutral market rules:

Where the EMAs are not in either a bull or bear market condition

In the settings of the indicator I can select the time frame (M1, M5, M15, M30, 1HR, 4HR daily, monthly, weekly) I want to know the market condition for. The indicator will produce a dot (top right) on the chart showing the market condition (bull, bear or neutral) for the time frame selected.

The colour of the dot is as follows:

Green = bull

Red = bear

Grey = neutral

I also want to add the parabolic SAR indicator (standard settings default which can be changed) for the time frame selected which produces another dot (next to market conditions dot) on the chart showing the market condition is bullish/bearish.

Last closed bar - Par SAR Dot under price = bullish, dot colour green

Last closed bar - Par SAR dot above price = bearish, dot colour red

So as an example, I want to trade the 5 minute chart and want to use the daily chart as a guide for the market condition. I add the indicator to the 5 minute chart and the settings I set the time frame to daily. I expect to see two dots in the top right corner which represent the market condition (green, red or grey) and whether the parabolic SAR reading (green or red)

I must be able to distinguish what each dot represent.
