Dear Developers.
I am an intermediate level skilled developer, and I have started a basket trading project.
I have started to design a Class called basket, which is designed to accept different pairs, with some options, then merge them to create an 'index'.
At the moment, the index is just the average prices of all the currencies added to the basket.
At first I was having some success, and all the code is there for generating the offline chart.
The problem we can't solve occurs when I try to write a new tick to the .hst file, and then send the PostMessageA() update window command to the offline chart (my custom index) to refresh it. When I do this, the chart becomes corrupted, and displays bogus candlesticks.
My usually dev guys couldn't figure it out.
I am using .hst file version 401 format.
I would like a developer skilled in the area to take my class and example use code, and repair the problem and just give some guidance to what the problem was - so I can learn from this mistake.
