Revisit old support or resistance

Market makes a new low.  This is the lowest point in time frame New_Low_Or_High_In_Days = e.g. 180 days and New_Low_Or_High_In_Hours = e.g. 6 hours. We can use either one or both of these time frame inputs.

This new low is point is called (A).  Point (A) must be a Fractal with inputs Number_Fractal_Candles_Either_Side = e.g. 2.

After point (A) is established, market goes higher by at least Minimum_Distance_Move_From_A_Percent = e.g. 5.5% (allow fractions of percent).

The EA must make note of the highest price that the market goes above point (A). This highest price is called point (B) (after Minimum_Distance_Move_From_A_Percent is met).

Then the market comes back down to (A) after a minimum time has passed Minimum_Days_Passed = e.g. 10 and Minimum_Hours_Passed = e.g. 2.  We can use either one or both of these time frame inputs.

Additional features:  There is money management, trailing stop, splitting the order into equal parts and arrange the parts in a fixed space grid, shifting the grid, option to fill the orders only if the market will pass the order location and come back, max DD close all orders, trade between certain hours, info on the chart, lines on the chart.
