Improve my ea by adding some basic features

Hi, 

I'd like to improve my ea by adding some basic features:

break even -  once price moved beyond the entry price + trailing step (external input), move stop loss to the entry price; 

prevent new entry on the same bar - at the moment my ea will execute trade once taken profit since the conditions are still met. I'd like my ea to only execute 1 entry per bar;

trading time - I'd like to limit my ea to certain time. for example from 1am to 23pm;

my programing skills are not good enough although the above are very common features, I simply can't get them right.
