Currency strength EA

HELLO,

I have a job for a good programmer, check attachment 4 indicator price to open and absolute strenght colour BUY= Green, SELL=Red

Strength Meter session use more than 7 currnecy symbol to indicate divertion in currency movement, NOTE: logic if any of the currency symbol move ABOVE 9.8 that symbol should trade against currency symbol that move below -24 or -30.

MY focus is, will it be possible to place the EA on 1 chart and simontanously take trade position on other currency pair by simply marching the currency symbol aganist each other based on 9.8 and -32.

EXAMPLE: if currency symbol JPY move to level 10 and currency symbol USD move to level -24, EA should now pair the two symbol to take trade position. following this USD/JPY pair and other indicators JPY is strong pair indicating STRONG SELL move, EA takes sell one and simutanously march other symbol into pairs and take trade position without placing the indicators on other chart but just 1 chart EA use the LOGIC to simutanously take trades.

 Trades will be considered as USD is the base currency and JPY is the counter currency (USD/JPY) Base weak = SELL, base strong =BUY, Counter weak = BUY, counter strong =SELL
