A simple EA

Hello Guys,

Would anybody develope a very simple EA with following rules:

Indicators used:

ZicZac = Period adjustable (Indicator will be provided)

RSI = Period adjustable

 For a buy order:

We start with the largest timeframe (adjustable) in which the EA should give a signal when the RSI is below 30 at a closing price of this time frame. Then the EA checks whether the middle timeframe (adjustable) has the closing price of the timescale of the upper timeframe also below 30 at its closing (in this period). Then the EA puts a buy stop at the last ZicZac high from the current time frame (middle timeframe). Once the pending got hit, the Stop should be put on the last ZicZac low of the third timeframe (also adjustable).  The Take Profit will be factor X*the SL (the X is also adjustable).

 For Sell order the same but instead of RSI 30 , above 70 and the ZicZac low as Pending sell and ZicZac high for SL.

One little example for a buy pending:

Largest timeframe will be set to: D1

Middle timeframe will be set to: H4

Third timeframe will be set to: H1

The EA checks if the RSI is below 30. Once that happen the EA will check if the H4 timeframe also had a close during the D1 candle below RSI 30. Once that happen the EA puts a pending buy on the last ZicZac high of the candle in H4 timeframe that had a clsing below RSI 30. Once the order got hit, the EA should put the SL on the last ZicZac low (when the pending got hit) of the H1 timeframe.

The same goes with sell but in the other way (above already described).

Notice that a signal of the EA should be only got once after the RSI is above 70 order below 30. For the next signal the EA needs a closing candle again below 70 or above 30.

EDIT:
They are some little extras that should be included in the EA as well. Let me start with the money management. There should be an option to set the lot size to variable so to chose with how much lot the EA should open an order. Additionally the EA should have an option to set the lotsize always to a percentage risk of the depot, like 2% for SL with a depotsize of 10k would be $200 and the TP should be times X the factor should be also variable.
Additionally the whole EA should only act if market is with bidprice at the pending order , never due to the askline.

So A Pretty easy EA, I will provide more Information when the job is accepted. Please tell me also the estimated delivery time!
