Need a crossover alert added to this indicator - alert needs to paint an arrow, screen alert, sound alert, email alert and send push notification

Hello, I have a basic indicator called correl8 which is great at showing divergences in currency strength. The only problem is there is no alert function included in the code.

Rather than stare at the screen waiting for a signal, I would like as many types of notification as possible, namely:

1) popup screen alert;

2) sound alert;

3) painted arrow; 

4) email alert;

5) push notification.

The rule is pretty simple but has 2 components:

1) When one currency line crosses above or below the 0 level line, display alert (with a user defined choice of during current candle or at start of new candle), and;

2) When the second currency line crosses the 0 level line in the opposite direction to the first currency line. 

Additionally however, I would like a user defined section (for testing purposes) where I could choose a cross of the lines themselves, rather than a cross of the 0 line. This may be handy in setting up an exit strategy.

Finally, I need to be able to select either one or both of the crossing types to occur. 

I have attached both .mq4 and .ex4 files below. There is also a screen shot of a great signal which clearly shows what I need an alert for, for visual reference.

Please note that this is my first job request, and as such I am totally unaware of what sort of budget this would typically require. I welcome any feedback if my posted budget seems low for this kind of a job.
