I need an EA that will write the current Balance and Equity in a log file after a certain time interval - Details below

I need an EA that will:

1. Create a log file each day (broker time) with the "AC_log_current date" as the log file name. The log file can be located on the MT4 terminal's "log" folder or in a particular folder on the "Desktop" of the computer. 

2. It will write the "current time" (broker time) , current "Account Balance" and "Equity" in the log file after a certain time interval, for example after every 5 minutes. The time interval should be added as a variable so that I can change it. 

3.  For "Account Balance" and "Equity", values after the decimal points are not required. Only the main numbers would be OK. For example, in case of Equity 9583.29 is not required, only 9583 would be fine.

4. There should be only 1 log file for 1 day. All entries for that day should be written in that file as a comma or tab-delimited value. Every new entry should be written in the next line.
