1 ea coded for mt5 and mt4 and more

i would like a ea coded in mql5 for mt5 to follow the technical indicator rsi relative strength index and i would like a identical ea coded in mql4 for mt4 which will operate exactly the same. to find out exactly what i would like you can contact me via e-mail before you provide me with a quote and corresponding time frame. i'm not going to post anything more specific here and i'm requesting that you don't either and i'd like you to keep all communications between you and i confidential.

i would like these ea's coded to run as quickly and efficiently as possible. don't include any comments in any of the ea's. make a copy of each ea and include a comment or comments after each line of code (beside it) to explain exactly what that line of code does. i'd like you to provide me with one copy of each ea without any comments and one copy of each ea with all of the comments.

i would like to own these ea's and be able to edit them. i'd like to ensure you don't retain any copies or give them or sell them to anyone else.

can you code these ea's to record how long it takes to execute each order ?

if i setup any mt5 or mt4 ea on any vps can anyone other than me see what ea i'm using ?

i would like to know who i'm dealing with. i'm not looking for your id, phone number, address, etc but i'd prefer if you'd provide your first and last name, your "home" country and the country where you're located (if it's different), and a picture of you with your first and last name printed visibly somewhere in the picture (on a piece of paper for example).
