I need An Expert Advisor

Hi, I need an Expert Advisor based on a simple technique.

The technique is based on, close of H1 candle at certain price marked by an indicator:

Example of price marking by the indicator on 5 decimal broker is :

127.ab0

127.ae0

127.ac0 

126.ab0

126.ae0

126.ac0 

125.ab0

125.ac0 

125.ae0

 .......and the list goes on.

An example of the entry rules is :-

Buy setup : If bull H1 candle close above 126.ae0 AND the high of the candle not yet touch 126.abo, next open candle instant buy, and take profit at 126.abo, Stoploss at 125.ac0 

Sell setup : If bear H1 candle close below 126.ae0 and the low of the candle not yet touch 125.abo, next open candle instant sell, and take profit at 125.ab0, stoploss at 127.axo

Stoploss and Take Profit option will not be adjusted and fixed.

There is also option for martingle when entry is floating,
