Hi, I'm looking for a developer to write a trading EA which will be used on a live account.
-I only want this EA to trade Spot Oil (USOil/WTI).
-I want the EA to trade the 1 hour chart
-Make sure to set slippage at around ~50 cents
- This EA will buy 1 Lot of USOil at current market price and open a long position when price crosses and closes above the 14 SMA and close the long position when price closes below the 14 SMA.
- The EA will also short sell 1 Lot of USOil at current market price when price crosses and closes below the 14 SMA and close the short position when price crosses and closes above the 14 SMA.
-There will always be a position open while the market is open, since the EA will take the opposite position upon the given signal
-Have the EA run every hour for a total of 24 times a day and run through its logic to check to see if price is still above or below the SMA
-This EA must be fully commented
-Please make it easy for to switch up the position size
-Make sure the EA only buys/sells 1 lot once it crosses and make sure it holds till the exit signal, do not have the EA keep buying if the signal is valid the ea should only buy/sell once. Do not use a for loop!.

I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells

I installed the E.A. into the Experts folder in MT4. When I double click on it nothing happens. When I right click and "attach to chart" nothing happens. The E.A. is not grayed out, it simply will not attach. Any help would be greatly Appreciated
