Termos de Referência

Необходимо создание индикатора на основе имеющегося индикатора "совмещенный stochastic + rsi" его я предоставлю. Требуется подача сигнала в виде стрелок, при пересечении уровня 20 и 80 из зон перекупленности/перепроданности. RSI Period = 14. Percent K = 14. Percent D = 9. Num of Bars = 0.
