When I place a manual Sell order the (EA or Indicator) should

Place a stop loss 4 pips above the recent swing high  and a take profit at 50% distance between the entry price and the stop loss price

When I place a manual Buy order (EA or Indicator) should

Place a stop loss 4 pips below the recent swing low and a take profit at

50% distance between the entry price and the stop loss price

I might place 2 or 3 orders at the same currency and chart, the EA or

Indicator should recognize and treat each order separately
