EA programmer needed to create automated trading based on MACD

I need a programmer to come up with an EA that uses MACD to perform automated trading on MT4.

REQUIREMENT OF THE EA:

1. The trading strategy is based on MACD indicators.

MACD default setting: 12,26,9

Timing: M5

Rules of opening positions:
SHORT:

1.Signal indicator crosses over Base indicator

2.STOP LOSS: at previous High or 10 PIPS ( which ever is higher.)

3. TAKE Profit: Signal indicator cross zero and is 50% of value of base indicator.
 For example when value is -0.000180, if signal went down to -0.000090, it will close the trade and take profit.

Parameter of trades:
1) Always use 1% of account balance.
2) Maximum 5 open trades.
3) Trades are taken automatically.

If you can program this extra thing, I can add $100 to the job:
1) Encrypt the EA so that I can add license to each users.
2) Come up with an interface which I can adjust the trade size ( from 1% to 4%) of the account.
