MT4 Bid/Ask Differential Tracker

I require a plug-in for MT4 that monitors the differential of the bid/ask across all symbols.  This is being used to ensure the broker(s) does not increase the bid/ask differential behind the scenes.  The plug-in would need to do the following:

+ Have its own page within MT4

+ Monitor all symbols that are shown in MT4

+ Track a 1 day, 5 day, 10 day and 30 day real time average

+ Each column may be sorted from lowest to highest or alphabetically when clicked

+ Any differential, which can be set by the end user, would have the column highlighted.  As an example, if the bid/ask is more than 3 pips for any one of the averages, this column is highlighted
