Termos de Referência

Для тестирования ТС к пользовательскому сигнальному осциллятору, (сигналы Alert, E-mael - пробитие уровней перепроданности - перекупленности)  надо привязать другой пользовательский осциллятор, выступающий в качестве фильтра сигналов первого . Максимальные возможности управлением параметрами и настройками осцилляторов пользователем, после привязки остаются в силе.
