Multiple candidates accepted / Easy money: just need some strategy ideas that work across all pairs

Multiple candidates may be selected for this job. I pay well. Each candidate that is accepted will be paid.

What I need is solid - and preferably tested, ideas, from your experience, what strategies work well on nearly all pairs.

For example, something like   if(iRSI(testpair,PERIOD_M1,120,PRICE_CLOSE,0)>55){SELL();}   may be an interesting reversion strategy which may work across all pairs.

I also know about general 'pair strength' ideas/solutions (in all sorts of shapes), so those ideas are excluded.

Tested ideas are a plus. If you have an exceptionally good idea, but have not tested it, that qualifies too. Multi-pair ideas qualify too. 

I am a coder, so you only have to give basic technical details for implementation.

So again, strategies that work across all pairs. I am only looking for a 55-65% edge (i.e. ~60% of trades go well within the direction they are set for), with a good signal frequency.
