ADR EA Phase 1

Hi there, looking for an ADR ea that will scan multiple pairs and take trades based on the ADR

I would like an EA scanner built that will monitor a list of pairs showing a dashboard like the pic attached, once the criteria are met the EA will open the trade with a set TP and SL, the EA should have the option to trade or email alert when we come within the ADR Trade level set in the inputs.

So example is EURUSD ADR = 150 pips, the chart price opens at 1.10000 so 150 PIP up and 150 PIP Down is our range = 1.1150 - 1.0850 so if we have our ADR trade level set to 5 pips our EA will monitor EURUSD until 1.1145 (Sell) or 1.0855 (Buy) 

Inputs 

Pair list = EURUSD,EURAUD,EURNZD,EURCAD,GBPUSD,GBPCHF,GBPAUD,GBPNZD,GBPCAD,NZDUSD,AUDUSD,USDCHF,USDJPY,GBPJPY,EURJPY,AUDJPY,NZDJPY,CADJPY,CHFJPY

Moneymangement = Dynamic or Fixed (Dynamic = dymanic lots, SL and TP based on the below rules) (Fixed = hard set lots, Tp and SL as per inputs)

Dynamic Risk Size % = 1% (Whcih should auto calulate 1% risk should be the SL of our poistion and the TP should be double this) So we aim for 33% of the ADR for our TP so we need 16% of the ADR for our SL so 16% (Example if this was on EURUSD above with a balance of 5k ADR = 150 pips so we want to risk 1% of 5k = $50 and 16% of my ADR = 24 pips so 50$ and 24 pips is lot size 0.02 which will give me 20c per pip, as such my TP will be for 100$ or 48 pips 

Dynamic TP %% = 33

Dynamic SL %% = 16

Lot size = 0.1

Fixed TP = Pip value

Fixed SL = Pip value

ADR Trade Level = xxx (how close we open an order at ADR) ie 5 pips

How to calculate ADR (Average Daily Range)

Take the H/L for each day, for the past 14 days.

For each day list the amount of pip's between the H and L

Example. H = 1.5623    L = 1.5586

5623 - 5486 =  137

Add the total amount of pip's for all 14 days and divide it by 14.

This will give you the average daily range
