Multi Currency EA reading Signals from Excel

Only Metatrader 4 !!!!      Period max 7 days !!!!!

You have to code an EA, reading a developed Excelsheet with 20 - 30 Currencies.

The evaluation is done by other programms and transferred to Excel.

So the EA should read the column of the Excelsheet and get the maximum of the column and buy the corresponding symbol. 

In Excelsheet there are four columns.

First Column: Name, for example EURUSD

Second Column:  Indicator of winning from -90.00  untill +90.00    

Third Column: Indicator with a range from -2000.00 till +2000.00

Fourth Column:   lotsize

There have to be input variables, where I can choose between the second and the third column, as a signal generator.

Furthermore I need input variables like starting time ( e.g. 6 o'clock ) and ending time of each day of trading.

The EA will trade up to 40 times a day, and sometimes there will be many trades within a few seconds. 

The Indicators are computed in 50 Milliseconds. 

I am interested in someone who will be available for further tasks.
