Playing around

Hi,

I was just reading through old indicators that people have shared.

This one got my attention as being very simple to understand for me:

I was wondering if somebody could help me create an Expert of this so that I can play around and try and trade off this indicator.

Basically I would like to be able to still see the indicator as is shown in the attached link. Then have a couple of ranges around each line the indicator generates, which will determine the trade. The first range would be a signal to "look to trade" whilst the second range would be the actual trade signal to open a trade. The ranges would just be based off the indicator line and some easy ATR calculation.

Then I would also require the usual Stop Loss, Take Profit, Trailing Stop and Risk management (in terms of size to enter for) conditions that go along with most EAs.

Apart from some more specifics, thats about it. 

I was wondering if you could give me an idea of price and time this would take.
