Here is the description of what I need.

General: A program which mimicks the MT4 alert editor, except that it will be limited to sounding an audible alarm in MT4 when a short term EMA crosses over a longer term EMA, whether to the upside or downside. In mimicking the MT4 alert editor we will need the following features. I am attaching a diagram in Paint, that is a modification of the MT4 Alert Editor.

1. I must be able to select any two (2) particular EMAs, for example a 5EMA crossing a 20EMA, or a 3EMA crossing a 13EMA, or other combinations. I need this in order to test the effectiveness of different combinations.

2.  The program must allow "Enabling On/Off" so that the alert can be silenced manually, once it has accomplished its goal. Same as MT4 alerts.

3. The program must allow selection of any currency pairs availabe in MT4.

4. The program must specify whether the crossover is to the upside or downside.

5 The program should have the 10 second timeout and maximum interations of 1000 as in MT4. Here I do not need to select from a variety offered, unless it can be provided from MT4.

I am attaching a suggested sample of what is required, created in Paint. Let me know if this is adequate information. After I posted this I decided to attach a sample chart, which shows the crossover points that I am looking for. Following your recent comments I have modified the list of specifications and have attached them.
