EA for my custom Keltner indicator

Hi, I need someone who can make me an EA for my custom indicator (check picture in attachement)

That inidicator will be provided to the coder that is willing to code the EA for me, of course;-) 

The EA will need the following specifications:

HOUR:

Settings:

Specific HOUR: True/False

From: ... : .... till .... : .... 

RISK:

·        Risk: % of ballance / trade (must be editable)

·        Double up % risk: on same signal IF LOSS occurs/ general (TRUE/ FALSE)

·        number  of times DOUBLE UP must be used (1,2,3)

Settings:

Risk % of Balance:

DoubleUp: (True/False)

Type of DoubleUp: same Signal/ general

ENTRY:

·        Entry long or short at entry line

·        RE-entry @ Entry line if SL line is hit: If signal is still valid and initial SL line is hit without profit, re-entry at Entry line needs to be possible (TRUE or FALSE) but ONLY IF signal is still valid.

Settings:

Re-Entry if SL: True/False

# Re-Entry: 1,2,3,4

·        Must be able to take % OFF of the open position at 1 of the 5 Take Profit lines (so TP1, TP2,TP3, TP4,TP5) (let's call this line TPa)

o   must be able to edit % to take off at TPa

o   must be able to edit TP line (so 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5) to take first profit off

·        After TPa is hit (and partial position has been taken off, the The EA must be able to modify the SL for the remaining position to BreakEven: True or FALSE)

·        the remaining position must be trailed up; Must be able to choose between:

Regular Trailing Stop (use the Grid as Trailing Stop or 1/2 of that grid)

OR

my  Strategy TS:

o   If the following TP line is hit place SL at previous TP level.

o   example : TPa is set to TP1: A part of the position is taken off at TP1 and later when price hits TP2 the EA sets SL at TP1, IF price goes up more to TP 3, SL is set to TP2, If price goes to TP4, SL is set TP3, And when price goes up to TP5, SL will be set to TP4

·        I also need to be able to choose to take off the remaining position at one of the TP lines (maximum profit) (let's call this TPb)

·        So need to be able to specify where this second position needs to be taken off (TP1,2,3,4, or 5)

Settings:

TPa TP line: (1,2,3,4,5)

TPa % to take off:

BE after TPa: (True/False)

TPb TP line (1,2,3,4,5)

Trailing Stop method: (Regular TS/ strategy TS)

IF Regular TS: 1x or 1/2x

EXTRA INFO:

-If  NEW signal, leave old positions open( keep using the trailing Stop, but of course no re-entry) and only open new positions for the NEW signal...

-I must be able to trade FOREX, Indices and commodities with this EA
