But I also want the option to enter the date and hours manually. 

Let's say I have 3 others EA's running, and there is a red news on USD, I want to have the option to disable/enable only the EA's that are running on a USD pairs at some point, for example to disable it at 10:00 AM and enable it at 11:30 AM on Monday, January, 27th 2025. While the others EA's that are not running on USD pairs remain active.
