I need push notifications when conditions are met.

I need a mt4 indicator to send me push notifications when a few conditions are met. I think is very simple. When there are at least two consecutive bearish candlesticks or at least two consecutive bullish candlesticks and corresponding indicator bars are also bearish or also bullish, everything is normal, I dont need any push notifications. However, if there are at least two consecutive bearish candlesticks and corresponding indicator bars are not bearish but their values are increasing, this could be a kind of divergence and I need to receive a push notification. On the other hand, if there are at least two consecutive bullish candlesticks and corresponding indicator bars are not bullish but their values are diminishing, this could be a kind of divergence so I need to receive a push notification.

I have to say that I have the ex4 file, but dont have the mq4 file of the indicator, so I dont know if it´s possible to make this job.

I almost forget it, I would like to receive the push notification either when the candlestisk is closed or 1-2 minutes before the bars is closed and the divergence is there, I dont know if that option would be possible. For example, I work on 30 min, so maybe receive the push notification at minute 28-29, 58-59 and the divergence is there.
