Нужно доработать утилиту  добавить новые функции, изменить интерфейс. 

Нужен человек имеющий опыт по связи терминала с Телеграм, по средствам Телеграм АПИ, нужно добавить 2 новые функции в утилиту.

Подробнее в ТЗ, изменения нужно внести для мт4/5 версии.
