An expert based on a fair value gap indicator

I want to create an expert advisor based on a fair value gap indicator.

The indicator gives a 'box' on the chart and as example for a buy i want it to open a buy order when a candle closed above this box.

here is a  for a buy trade. it opens when it close above a 'bearish' fair value gap and it close when it close below 'bullish' fair value gap.

the difference between bullish and bearish fair value gap is offcourse important for opening in the right direction.

for a sell it works the same just in the oppositie direction. I think this is clear, and the easiest part.


But if a trade goes against me i want to open a new position with the same rules. So it will open a second position at a lower price (as a buy) 
when it close again above a 'bearish' fair value gap. I want it to close the same way as with 1 position, when it close below a 'bullish' fair value gap at a higher price. I only want to close positions in profit ( inclusive swap/commisions etc) so if it not in profit and it goes lower it must make a 3 position and so on until it close below a bullish fair value gap at a price when the total of all positions is positive.
 Sell Example below: ( same as for buys but the opposite offcourse)



so it important to know the difference between bullish and bearish fair value gaps.

Additional features i want:

magic number

Direction : buy - sell - both 

Spread filter 

Risk manage or fixed lot ( risk as 0.01 for each deposit)

Lots mutiply for next trades if it goes agains me as 1.0 or 1.1 1.2 etc ( better known as martingale)

Maximum fair value gap box in points, (so i can avoid very big fair value gaps)

My budget just vary on the skills of the developer and if you fully understand what to do.
