Need an EA programmer who is also a forex trader to modify my automated mt5 source code and add another strategy

I have a source code of a very good EA algo for mt5.its just execute trades randomly on the timeframe set..

I just need a experienced programmer who can add another strategy on it that will help to trade boom and crash as a syntetic indices

strategy is called stacking strategy

1. strategy that have big number of winners.

2. forex market works with waves.

3. Due to demand and Supply. the markets trades on different zones.

   determine support and resistance.

So when we are on BOOM 500 OR 1000

Remember we are looking for SELL TRADES

- after sell candle is dropped, the second candle, you execute sell trade.

- again the third candle you execute another trade

-again the fourth candle you execute another trade together with the trailing stop on the fourth candle for all the executed trades.

So when we are on CRASH 500 OR 1000

Remember we are looking for BUY TRADES

- after sell candle is dropped, the second candle, you execute BUY trade.

- again the third candle you execute another trade

-again the fourth candle you execute another trade together with the trailing stop on the fourth candle for all the executed trades.
