Develop EA based on Fractals Indicator

The required EA will trade based on the Highs and Lows on the Bill Williams Fractals indicator.

1. It will have to recognize when a high or low is created by the arrows used by the Fractals indicator.
2. Mark out a horizontal line at the high or low, enter a buy when a high is broken and a sell when a low is broken, up/down arrows are used to distinguish highs and lows. Doesn't need to show horizontal line, but it should just be used to enter, take the high/low price using the OHLC is also fine.
3. Allow parameters for customizing SL and TP in pips, as it needs a lot of back testing.
4. Allow it to trade only 1 timeframe per pair at a time. Time frame to be chosen as a parameter as well.
5. Only takes into account the most previous fractal (1) for a high and the most previous fractal (1) for a low. If a new fractal is made, without breaking the previous fractal high or low, disregard the previous fractals, only focus on the most recent fractals.
6. Standard lot size parameter.
7. Once a trade is open based on a fractal, ignore the fractal thereafter. Wait for next fractal, never enter on same fractal.
8. Buy stops and sell stops order types will be used.
9. Ability to delete previous orders if new fractal occurs, without breaking the previous fractal high or low.
