Modify existing EA that has 118 functions

Tasks:

1. Optimise Remote Microsoft Desktop on MacOS to work 24/7 (test with alerts; it's paid Forexvps.NET account)

2. Optimise OnInit and OnDeInit function so EA can automatically turn off and on

3. Strategy or live testing of: my partial close function and BE function (modify if needed) and MAN function (that is true when big candle penetrate thru Sl of an first order and allow reorder)

4. Live testing of all functions in new environment

5. BE first order when second order appear

6. Optimise telegram API in EA

PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER if you are not experienced enough to answer at least 4 tasks, so you don't spend yours neither my time. Everything is paid per hour 25-35 (if you finish fast rate is higher) plus bonuses. Strategy tester cannot withstand all timeframes I use in the same time so at the end I'm going to do live testings. I hope everything can be done in 7-12 hours of work.

PLEASE ONLY PROFESSIONALS! EA has 4000 lines of code and 118 user-defined functions, plus 3100 imported code lines for Telegram API. I'm working on this project for one year already and I need someone to help me optimise all functions so they will work 24/7. All logics of functions are already defined, just need to put them in right order (and maybe modify if needed).
